  1. Heat milk to desired temperature (stove or microwave)
  2. While milk is heating, take sharp knife, and gently shave off the chocolate bar, and put aside.
  3. Pour milk into tall container, add cacao powder, maple syrup and pinches of cinnamon. Use hand blender to gently blend or whisk. Taste, and add any additional ingredients as desired.
  4. Top glass rim with thin layer of hazelnut spread.
  5. Fill glass with hot chocolate and sprinkle shaving around rim and into glass. Insert cinnamon stick and serve!
